Is proposed as a professional contemporary dance training course directed by the artistic duo Pergallini/Pitarresi.
The aim of the program is to offer an opportunity for study, growth and in-depth study for dancers and performers. It is a path aimed at young adult dancers who have the curiosity to experiment with newlanguages and nourish their artistic, technical and performative background.

MODUS OPERANDI

Modus Operandi is a multi-year post-secondary program that provides relevant contemporary dance development to 30 aspiring professionals between the ages of 17 and 25. The program takes place in Vancouver, BC on the West Coast of Canada, and is led by co-Artistic Directors Tiffany Tregarthen and David Raymond, and Associate Artistic Directors Kate Franklin and Maiko Miyauchi.

Modus Operandi welcomes auditions from serious, advanced dancers between the ages of 17 and 25 who seek entrance to the program in September 2025. There are multiple opportunities to audition in person across Canada, or by video:

BLUEBOX

bluebox is a dance program based in Vienna, Austria. It provides selected dancers with the unique opportunity to work directly with top notch artists and companies such as JA COLLECTIVE, AKIRA YOSHIDA, ALLEYNE DANCE, SOFIA NAPPI, FLOCK, ADI SCHWARZ and many others. This exposes them to the thinking and working methods used in today's and tomorrow's dance industry.

The annual program runs from October to May. Through carefully curated masterclasses, bluebox strives to facilitate the highest level of creative process and training. A company-like process lasts for one week, each week a new guest artist arrives.

In addition to bringing a strong sense of self-responsibility and communication to bluebox, candidates should be technically proficient, curious, and brave to pursue excellence in dance. It is mandatory to be (minimum) 18 years old by October 2025. There is no age limit. Considering the level at which the program is taught, selected dancers are expected to already have a movement background or dance education.

MOTUS

MOTUS auditions for the Higher Professional Training Course for Dancers in Florence and Grosseto

The next auditions for admission to the Higher Professional Training Course for Dancers of the International Art Center, directed by the Choreographer Simona Cieri, founder and Artistic Director of the MOTUS Company, will be held in Florence and Grosseto.

The Course is aimed at training young male and female dancers for the purposes of future inclusion in the Company's staff, which will take place once the necessary level of preparation has been reached.

The Course includes daily lessons at the International Art Center of Siena, headquarters of the MOTUS Company, and will begin on January 7, 2025.

Practical learning of the Cieri method (original registered technical-postural method) allows the selected students to learn the particular style of the MOTUS Company and, through continuous practice, acquire the skills necessary to become part of the staff. In fact, the Higher Education Course has no other purpose than to train the Company's future dancers.

Scholarships may be awarded during the audition.

Young male and female dancers who have acquired a solid foundation in the study of classical and contemporary dance and who have reached the age of eighteen, of Italian or foreign nationality, will be able to access the selection.

Certificate Program

2-Years // Ages 17+

Peridance's Certificate Program is a two year post-secondary training program. Two tracks of study are available: Commercial and Ballet/Contemporary. Students will take 3-5 classes daily including theory classes and dance technique classes. The program includes performance opportunities and mentorship. International students study on an F-1 Visa with the chance to receive OPT following successful completion of the program.

MOPTOP Universal Professional Program

3-Months or 6-Months // Ages 18+

The 3-month / 6-month MOPTOP Universal Professional Program at Peridance Center provides students with a condensed and comprehensive learning experience within a guided and regimented street dance curriculum. The program is open for dancers of all levels ages 18+. Students learn with some of the leaders of the street and club dance scene in New York and culminates in a performance at Peridance Center's KnJ Theater.

Peridance Collective

9-Months // Ages 17-23

Peridance Collective is a performance-based program for dancers between the ages of 17 and 23, which is designed to reflect the experience of being in a professional company. The program is structured to cultivate artistry through technical training, collaborative rehearsal process, and performance.

Independent Study Program [NO AUDITION REQUIRED]

3-Month, 6-Month, 12-Month // Ages 17+

The Peridance Independent Study Program is a self-guided course of study designed and developed for both domestic and international students at different stages of their artistic and technical development. Students are admitted to the program at all levels of proficiency (Beginner through Advanced) and can begin studies on the first day of each month throughout the year. The Independent Study Program offers 18 hours of study a week, consisting of Open Classes and Program Specific Workshops. General Workshops can also be attended depending on availability and cost differences.

SUMMER PROGRAMS:

PCDC Summer Intensive

August 15-24, 2025 // Ages 17+

The PCDC Summer Intensive is 10 days of immersive training, creative process, and repertory performance. Participants will study with Artistic Director Igal Perry and renowned guest faculty members from PCDC repertoire in Ballet, Contemporary, and Repertory classes, among others. With a culminating performance at Peridance's KnJ Theater, the PCDC Intensive will enrich your artistic voice in an international community of dancers.

Teen Summer Intensive

June 30-July 12, 2025 // Ages 12-17

Peridance's Teen Summer Intensive is a 2-week comprehensive training program designed for dancers ages 12-17 to develop, increase, and strengthen their level of technique, self-confidence, and artistry. An experienced and knowledgeable faculty strongly emphasizes clean technique and self-discipline within a nurturing and supportive environment. This program emphasizes contemporary forms and is tailored to push dancers both technically and artistically. Students will study a variety of genres from renowned faculty and work with two fresh and upcoming choreographers in New York City. At the end of the two weeks, participants will demonstrate their work in a fully produced performance presented at Peridance's KnJ Theater.

The P.O.S.T. is a 5-month post-graduate intensive program designed to prepare young dancers for the transition to the professional world and to assist them in the early stages of their careers. If you want to take your career to the next level, this Berlin based program at Berlin Dance Institute is for you.

What P.O.S.T. offers:

• Work daily with internationally renowned choreographers and create full length pieces.

ATENEO DELLA DANZA

Ateneo della Danza continues the training program founded in 2006 by Mr Marco Batti.

To date, it is one of the most recognized and renowned professional training centers in Italy, being the Official School of the Training Agency accredited by the Tuscany Region, Balletto di Siena, offering qualification courses recognized at European level, specialization and job placement, to help young people embark on the career that best suits their aspirations.

Directed by Mr Marco Batti, an ABT® Fellow Teacher, it is proud to include the American Ballet Theatre® final exam in its courses.

Furthermore, students will be able to access, after exceeding an audition, to a period of professional training-ship at Balletto di Siena and to the courses recognized and promoted by the Region Tuscany.

Audition will be held on September 1st 2024 at our studios in Piazza Maestri del Lavoro, 31 Siena, SI - 53100.

Applications must be sent by August 30th 2024.

Audition will be completely free of charge.

APAD DANCE PROFESSIONAL TRAINING COURSE

APAD Dance Professional Training Course DIRECTED BY ALEX ATZEWI

The APAD training course is a new dance study method aimed at dancers aged 18 and over who wish to consolidate and expand their training in the world of dance. The course starts in October and ends at the end of May with a subsequent end-of-year exam which will be attended by the teachers met during the course.

The program includes two lessons of classic daily (morning and afternoon), one of contemporary in the morning and a laboratory / duets in the afternoon.

The student will also have two afternoons weekly for individual study and to focus on their needs and to fix certain important concepts learn in the lessons.

The course includes monthly meetings with national and international choreographers, freelance dancers and important teachers.

Among the latest meetings: Emilio Calcagno, Idan Sharabi, Fernando Troya, Valerio Longo, Damiano Artale, Loris Petrillo, Nico Monaco, Davide Di Pretoro, Luca Signoretti, Roberto Tedesco, Elena Bolelli, Gonzalo Diaz.

It is also possible to be chosen to participate in national and international competitions, essential for the growth of the dancer, or selected (as apprenticeship) to become part of the ADC company directed by Alex Atzewi, with the aim of making professional experiences live in theater and in special places, being able to get to know and join dance stars such as: Beatrice Carbone, Leon Cino, Sabrina Brazzo, Andrea Volpintesta, Fernando Troya, Roberta Siciliano, Petra Conti, Marco Agostino, Antonella Albano, Davit Galstyan, Amilcar Moret Gonzalez, Virginia Tomarchio, Letizia Giuliani, Luana Damiano, Giulia Paris, Vito Conversano, Annalisa Cianci, Antonina Chapkina, Stefania Figliossi, Giuseppe Picone.

The lessons allow a complete study during the year to study all types of contemporary techniques (contact, improvisation, floorwork, and choreographic laboratory etc.) and mainly the Balanchine technique for the ballet.

Dance in Art (DiA) invites dancers to audition for our DiA Junior Company, season 2024 - 2025.

DiA is a private center for dance-, art education and performance training. DiA educates and prepares students to enter the professional dance world. The program gives dancers the undivided attention of a respected teacher and industry professional whose sole aim is to have them reach their highest potential.

At DiA we offer daily technique classes (emphasis on ballet and contemporary techniques), training in various art disciplines, experience in integrating art disciplines with dance, and regular performance opportunities.

You will receive training from teachers that are highly experienced arts professionals. Members of our regular staff and our guest teachers/choreographers have danced and worked with many leading professional dance companies including; Nederlands Dans Theater, Introdans, Het Nationale Ballet, Club Guy & Roni, Krisztina de Châtel, Isabelle Beernaert, Conny Janssen Danst, ISH Dance Collective and Danstheater Aya.

DiA’s dancers have the opportunity to refine their technique and improve dance performance capabilities necessary to further themselves in their dance careers. The Short Dance Collective is looking for dancers of all ages with different experience levels and backgrounds.

The Short Dance Collective is the home of captivating short dance films that explore the problems and issues facing society today. Our films use the power of movement and rhythm to bring to life the struggles of individuals and communities, shedding light on important social and mental health issues. Join us as we explore these topics through the lens of dance and movement.

The Short Dance Collective is a program integrated in our Professional Dance training and Junior Company. It is part time and offers dancers the opportunity to be part of several choreographies as well as have the time to work alongside the rehearsal hours. The rehearsals will be approximately 15 – 18 hours per week.

One year advanced training program/ contemporary dance

ADT is an advanced dance training program, aimed at students aged 18 to 30, which offers work aimed at developing the technique and dynamics of movement, with attention to the emotional impact of the stage gesture.

The Performance Program +, is an intensive program focussing on perfecting the art and technique of young students as a formula for future professional practice, providing an ideal platform for dancers and talented young choreographers to gain knowledge for the future.

The Performance Program +, is designed for talented dancers with extraordinary abilities in search of additional guidance, knowledge, experience and inspiration. The program is customized to each dancer’s physical and emotional needs. The program gives dancers the undivided attention of a respected teacher and industry professional whose sole aim is to have them reach their highest potential.

The Performance Program +, is a combination of our Junior Company and Professional Dance Training program suited for dancers and choreographers with a solid and developed technical approach to dance. Key points are: intensive training in ballet and contemporary technique, performance experience, movement study/improvisation, choreography and one on one coaching.

The program involves 300 hours during the span of a term. Each week of training consists of 25 hours of classes and workshops, Monday – Friday from 10 am to 6 pm split in 5 mornings and 3 afternoons. The program schedule is structured to allow artists to manage their other responsibilities and jobs, all while taking part in an extended program that is both personalized and demanding.

ANFIBIA PROGRAM

ANFIBIA is an immersive and multi-disciplinary training project conceived to supply and reinforce both performer’s and creator’s tools alongside.

ANFIBIA’s name already contains an idea of hybridisation and blend between different performative languages; theatre, dance, song, music, circus, drama, performance.
The platform is addressing the artists who are interested in undertaking a path leading through a cross-formation research. The purpose being that of forming adaptive performers, able to scenically cross from one language form to another exposing themselves to a pursuit of a possible independent creative path.
A full-time formation in Performing Art, the duration of which is 8 months (October 2024 – May 2025)
Every day the participants will switch between practical classes, regarding the use of the body and the voice in its different meanings, and theory classes concerning history and theory of the performative act, organizing and managing skills, with the help of experts specialized in a wide array of disciplines. Moreover, the monthly focuses will bring special guests coming from some of the world’s most important Companies.
Alongside performative teaching, the students will be accompanied by a coach every step of the way on a path aimed at creating their, both individual and group, scenic projects that will be subject to public inaugurations and event participation throughout the year.

ART FACTORY INTERNATIONAL

Art Factory International is a professional intensive training project created by Leggere Strutture Art Factory, a center dedicated to arts and culture in the city of Bologna.
The program focuses on younger dancers, with ages between 18-30, eager to broaden and deepen their own technical and artistic training in fields such as dance, choreography and composition.
Art Factory International engages in a training course from October until May, with admission through audition and with focus on projects dealing with research and covering the contours of artistic and technical training.
The project aims at creating a personal formation course where the participant contemplates on constructing and setting in motion the artistic and professional self.
The program involves daily training in classical and contemporary dance through a teaching plan led by artists and teachers, expert in the field and working towards technique strengthening, along with pursuing a higher level of awareness in regard to one’s physical strength and the creative movement.
Moreover, the platform is a host to monthly workshops and seminars, featuring internationally renowned choreographers and artists with focus on widening the attendees’ knowledge and enriching the workshop participants’ experiences, visions and professional competences.
The Art Factory International platform’s trajectory also arranges extra-curricular classes, by sharing several supporting projects organised by Leggere Strutture. The classes will focus on exchange of virtuous practices by drawing from different professionals with the intention of shaping the participant’s personality and competences, as well as broadening the artist’s new training horizons.
This year Art Factory International will open a performative platform within its spaces under the nome of Spazio CRUDO, designed to host projects, previews and work-in-progress by international artists in residency at Leggere Strutture, in addition to accommodating ‘open door’ performances enacted by AFI participants.
CRUDO has been envisioned as a neutral space where sharing and hosting young professional figures is made possible.
A space envisaged at connecting artistic and critic domains, as well as presenting first runs and performance premieres.
During the training period, international in-residence artists will shape their creations with AFI participants, with the pieces premiering at CRUDO space.
The platform’s goal is to form professional figures on tecnical-creative level, specialists capable of setting their own career path, proficient in creating a personal artistic identity able to accrue additional skills, as well as to grow and work in different performative settings.

The program develops on daily basis from Monday to Friday from 9am until 3.30pm, including a 45-minute lunch break.
The mornings are usually dedicated to classical ballet or capoeira classes, followed by contemporary dance, floorwork, contact improvisation, choreographic composition, urban dance and hip hop.
In the occasion of the seminars, the courses are fully committed to the subject and are arranged with a full day or a half day schedule.
We have scheduled monthly workshops with international choreographers, the duration of which ranges from 4 days to an intense full week.
The artists’ residencies take up between 2- 3 weeks, with a full-time schedule, giving rise to a presentation open to the public in Art Factory International’s performative space and at CRUDO Festival.

“ PDTFR 3 Months Intensive “ has been exclusively made for professional dancers, artists, and dancers aged 18 minimum with already a strong level in contemporary dance.

Oda Formazione Professionale Year 2024-25

Contemporary professional dance program based in the center of Tuscany, Montecatini Terme, near Florence.

Our program is open to dancers aged between 15 and 26 years old and includes 6 hours of daily classes from Monday to Friday, starting in September 2024 and ending in July 2025.

Our classes include ballet, modern technique, contemporary, jazz/hip hop, choreographic workshops, and Gyrotonic®️ for a total of 30 hours per week.

Guest teachers, choreographers, and company directors will periodically hold masterclasses and create new pieces for our scheduled performances.

DART Studios is searching for motivated and ambitious dancers who are looking to expand their knowledge and break through their artistic boundaries in an intensive training course over a 10 month period.

DART STUDIOS is the largest and most cutting-edge dance space, where dancers take part in training where creations are held by some of Europe’s most sought after instructors and choreographers. Designed for dancers of pre-professional and professional level training alongside the DART Dance Company. The DART Studios Profitraining Intensive will expand all aspects of a dancers knowledge base assisted by weekly alternating teachers thus immersing dancers entirely in every style and technique with a variety of teachers.

In addition to the intensive daily training, dancers will take part in performances gaining much sought after and necessary stage experience. The program also provides dancers with internships with several famous European companies and other opportunities. You will receive training from teachers that are highly experienced arts professionals. Members of our regular staff and our guest teachers/choreographers have danced and worked with many leading professional dance companies including; Nederlands Dans Theater, Introdans, Het Nationale Ballet, Club Guy & Roni, Krisztina de Châtel, Isabelle Beernaert, Conny Janssen Danst, ISH Dance Collective and Danstheater Aya.

DiA’s dancers have the opportunity to refine their technique and improve dance performance capabilities necessary to further themselves in their dance careers. Professional Dance Program in Barcelona

Our 10 month Professional Training Program starting September 9th, 2024 is an exclusive and comprehensive training course that combines Technical, Artistic and Psycho-emotional development subjects in dance.
The program is designed for dancers aged 18 to 23 years old with an international outlook and is aimed at attracting students and professional artists from all over the world.

Weekly training: 7 hours, From 9am to 4:30pm

Daily: Ballet and Contemporary training
Weekly: Improvisation, Composition, Rehearsals, Acting, Psycho-emotional Coaching, Pilates, Gyrokinesis, Yoga, Somatic Work, 4Pointe, Conditioning.
Monthly: Workshops and Master classes with International artists.

How to Apply:

Online Applications close on the last Friday of each month, and auditions are open until the new course 2024/25 is full.

1- The deadline for applications is the last Friday of each month, starting from November.

2- If you submit your application on the last Saturday of the month, it will not be valid for that month. It will be considered for the following month's audition cycle.

The aim of the program is to offer an opportunity for study, growth and in-depth study for dancers and performers. It is a path open to the dancers aged 18 and over who have the curiosity to experiment with new languages and nourish their artistic, technical and performative background.
The program offers daily physical training that allows us to provide the technical tools of contemporary dance to those who aspire to professionalism in the field. It is a path that aims to stimulate the potential of each individual dancer through constant technical and artistic training.
